NOVELTY - High strength plastic filler comprises 10-20 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 5-10 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 3-9 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 2-8 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 1-6 pts. wt. graphene, 4-12 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 7-14 pts. wt. bentonite, 2-6 pts. wt. wood fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 5-15 pts. wt. vinyltrimethoxysilane, 8-18 pts. wt. attapulgite, and 1-3 pts. wt. antibacterial agent. USE - Used as high strength plastic filler. ADVANTAGE - The plastic filler: has simple preparation method, excellent toughness, high comprehensive mechanical performance and excellent degradability; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high strength plastic filler comprising (i) mixing diatomaceous earth, bentonite and attapulgite and adding into pulverizer for pulverization, where speed of pulverizer is 200-500 revolutions/minute, the time is 10-20 minutes, and then passing through the 80 mesh sieve to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding calcium stearate, sodium alginate, hydrotalcite, silicon micropowder, and graphene into the mixture A in turn, mixing well, and adding into the mixer to mix, where mixing temperature is 120-160 degrees C, time is 15-25 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iii) adding ceramic powder, vinyl trimethoxysilane and antibacterial agent into mixture B, mixing, and then extruding in twin-screw extruder, and granulating extruded material in granulator.
