NOVELTY - Preparation of quaternary ammonium salt polyether-grafted graphene modified polyvinyl alcohol film material involves adding amino-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate to N,N-dimethylformamide, performing addition reaction, centrifuging, washing the precipitate with ethyl acetate and acetone to obtain isocyanate-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, adding isocyanate-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, dihydroxyhexadecyl quaternary ammonium salt and dibutyltin dilaurate to N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting, centrifuging, washing with dichloromethane and acetone to obtain quaternary ammonium salt-based polyether-grafted graphene, adding polyvinyl alcohol and quaternary ammonium salt-based polyether-grafted graphene to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding glycerol plasticizer and glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent, stirring to obtain mixture, pouring the mixture into mold, vacuum defoaming, and casting to form film. USE - Preparation of quaternary ammonium salt polyether-grafted graphene modified polyvinyl alcohol film material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared quaternary ammonium salt polyether-grafted graphene modified polyvinyl alcohol film material has improved mechanical property, high tensile strength, and excellent antibacterial property and broad spectrum. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of quaternary ammonium salt polyether-grafted graphene modified polyvinyl alcohol film material involves (s1) reacting hexadecyl dimethyl tert-amine and epichlorohydrin to obtain epoxy-hexadecyl quaternary ammonium salt intermediate, hydrolyzing to obtain dihydroxy hexadecyl quaternary ammonium salt (C21H46O2NCl), (s2) adding thionyl chloride to process carboxylated graphene to obtain acyl chloride, reacting in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, adding amino-terminated polyether to carry out amidation reaction, centrifuging, washing the precipitates with N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone to obtain amino-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, (s3) adding amino-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate to N,N-dimethylformamide, performing addition reaction, centrifuging, washing the precipitate with ethyl acetate and acetone to obtain isocyanate-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, (s4) adding isocyanate-terminated polyether-grafted graphene, dihydroxyhexadecyl quaternary ammonium salt and dibutyltin dilaurate to N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting, centrifuging, washing with dichloromethane and acetone to obtain quaternary ammonium salt-based polyether-grafted graphene, and (s5) adding polyvinyl alcohol and quaternary ammonium salt-based polyether-grafted graphene to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding glycerol plasticizer and glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent, stirring to obtain mixture, pouring the mixture into mold, vacuum defoaming, and casting to form film.
