NOVELTY - Metal wire drawing powder comprises 1-1.3 pts. wt. composite extreme pressure agent, 3-6 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 4-6 pts. wt. friction reducing agent, 11-13 pts. wt. alkaline-earth metal hydroxide, and 74-81 pts. wt. fatty acid; the composite extreme pressure agent includes 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. polyhydroxy extreme pressure agent and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. amide-based extreme pressure agent; the friction reducing agent includes 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene and 3-5 pts. wt. montan wax. USE - Used as metal wire drawing powder. ADVANTAGE - The metal wire drawing powder: has improved lubricating performance at high temperatures, and better temperature resistance; and can prevents the rust of finished steel wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the metal wire drawing powder comprising adding fatty acid into reaction pot, heating to 95 plus minus 2 degrees C, completely melting, starting stirring; immediately adding alkaline earth metal hydroxide, and keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours; continuously heating to 130-140 degrees C, adding quantitative composite extreme pressure agent, friction reducing agent and rust inhibitor successively, stirring and mixing for 1-2 hours, stop heating, stirring until a block is formed, and pouring out when moisture content is less than 3%; crushing by crusher, and sieving to obtain the metal wire drawing powder product.
