▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene-modified graphene epoxy resin composite material, comprises (i) adding graphene into hydrogen peroxide and aqueous ammonia mixed solution, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment, diluting with deionized water, filtering, and drying; and (ii) preparing composite material by mixing epoxy resin, a curing agent and an accelerator, and preparing modified graphene by mixing curing agent, epoxy resin (E-51) and accelerator, ultrasonically dispersing, and pre-heating, stretching, bending, and curing under conditions of 90 degrees C insulation for 1 hour, and cooling the materials. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene-modified graphene epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product with good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene-modified graphene epoxy resin composite material, comprises (i) adding graphene into hydrogen peroxide and aqueous ammonia mixed solution, subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic treatment to a certain temperature, diluting by adding deionized water, filtering by using a sand core funnel, and washing until the solution gets neutralized, and drying the product in an oven under vacuum conditions, to obtain the surface treated graphene ; and (ii) preparing the composite material by mixing epoxy resin, a curing agent and an accelerator, and preparing modified graphene by mixing curing agent, epoxy resin (E-51) and accelerator, and then adding graphene into curing agent and epoxy resins mixed solution, and uniformly stirring at 60 degrees C by placing in a water bath under constant conditions, and ultrasonically dispersing by placing the mixture in an ultrasonic instrument at a power of 600 Watt (W) for 3 hours, and adding accelerator into the mixture, once the sonication process terminates, and stirring with a glass rod for 10 minutes after passing ultrasound for half an hour, and placing in a vacuum oven at 60 degrees C, and taking out air bubbles at -0.1 MPa for 0.5 hour, and discharging the air bubbles, taking out, and pouring the mixture into coated wells added with a mold release agent, and pre-heating the mold, and stretching, and bending specimen size of the mold, based on GB2568-811 consistent standards GB2570-81, respectively, and adding the mixture into an oven, heating, and curing under conditions of 90 degrees C insulation for 1 hour, and 130 degrees C at constant temperature of 2 hours, 160 degrees C at constant temperature of 2 hours, and naturally cooling the materials in oven.
