NOVELTY - Graphene (G) derivatives (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful for electrolyte and power storage device (all claimed), e.g. semiconductor device, display device, light-emitting device, and memory device. ADVANTAGE - (I) are : provide improved insulating property and affinity for lithium ions; provide solid electrolyte in all-solid-state battery should has basic properties of high conductivity of ions and low conductivity of electrons in order to prevent internal short circuit between positive electrode and negative electrode, capable of exhibiting basic properties even at high temperatures to obtain a practical all-solid-state lithium-ion storage battery; provide power storage device that changed in shape, i.e. flexible power storage device having flexibility; provides mobility of lithium ions is, and improved heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene (G) derivatives of formula (C(=O) (OR1)-(G layer)-OR2) (I) are new. Either R1, R2 = chain group comprising ether bond or ester bond; or R1, R2 = chain group or H; and G layer = graphene layer. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) electrolyte comprising the graphene (I) and a lithium salt; (2) power storage device (D1) comprising the graphene (I), an exterior body, a positive electrode current collector, and a negative electrode current collector; and (3) power storage device (D2) comprising a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode active material layer, and a solid electrolyte in contact with the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer, the solid electrolyte comprises (I).
