NOVELTY - Fuel cell comprises an electrolyte solution container; a negative electrode plate made of stainless steel base material coated with a thin graphene layer with a metal powder catalyst; and a positive electrode plate made of a graphite base material, coated with vanadium pentoxide and a metal catalyst as an anode. The negative and positive electrode plate are applied to opposite sides of the electrolyte solution container. The surface of the electrodes are assembled to allow the gas to adhere. Two diffusion pads are laminated with ethylene propylene diene monomer or liquid resin silicone applied to both sides of the electrode plates. Two bipolar sheets cast with carbon graphite and polyamide resin, and respectively pressed against the sides of the diffusion pads. Two metal sealing faces are pressing firmly against the bipolar plates respectively by bolts through holes on these two sealing faces. USE - Used as fuel cell.
