▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified chopped carbon fibers comprise chopped carbon fibers including a surface modification group comprising a thiourea group and an aromatic ring, and having a length of 5-30 mm. The chopped carbon fibers are polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers. USE - Modified chopped carbon fibers are used for forming carbon fiber-reinforced composite material for forming carbon-ceramic brake disc (claimed) for automobile. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-ceramic brake disc formed using the 4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide-modified chopped carbon fibers as mixed slurry component has good volume density, mechanical property, thermal conductivity and friction resistance, by modifying resin using 5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyaniline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a carbon-ceramic brake disc, which is formed by injection-molding a mixed slurry comprising the modified chopped carbon fibers to obtain a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material, carbonizing, rough-machining, and performing ceramization.
