USE - Microbial membrane used for measuring biochemical oxygen demand (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of microbial membrane comprising mixing graphene oxide solution with monomer to obtain columnar reduced graphene/monomer hydrogel; using reduced graphene/monomer hydrogel as working electrode, carrying out in situ electro-polymerized monomer, freezing and drying to obtain 3-D porous grained graphene/conductive polymer composite material; and culturing 3-D porous grained graphene/conductive polymer composite material into culture medium of beneficial bacteria, taking out 3-D porous grained graphene/conductive polymer composite with immobilized bacteria and drying to obtain product.
