NOVELTY - Long-lasting anti-salt mist graphene modified epoxy zinc dust anticorrosive paint comprises component A and component B1, where the component A is composed of 100-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin E20, 70-120 pts. wt. epoxy resin E51, 2-3 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 15-20 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 250-300 pts. wt. graphene-zinc powder composite material, 450-600 pts. wt. iron phosphorus powder, 55-65 pts. wt. xylene and 25-35 pts. wt. n-butanol, and the component B is polyamide curing agent, and the mass ratio between component A and component B1 is 9-11:1. USE - Used as long-lasting anti-salt mist graphene modified epoxy zinc dust anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint: is easy to disperse; exhibits stability during storage; has excellent conductivity; plays role of conductive bridge effects; reduces amount of zinc powder; and improves salt fog resistance of the paint film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing long-lasting anti-salt mist graphene modified epoxy zinc dust anticorrosive paint, comprising (i) mixing graphene oxide, polyethyleneimine and water, ultrasonic dispersing, uniformly dispersing graphene and polyethyleneimine, reacting at 300-350 degrees C under stirring condition for 3-3.5 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, filtering and drying to obtain aminated graphene, then mixing polyethyleneimine, zinc powder and xylene at 20-30 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 8-10 hours, filtering and drying to obtain polyethyleneimine-zinc powder composite material, then mixing aminated graphene, polyethyleneimine-zinc powder composite material, glutaraldehyde and xylene, stirring at 20-30 degrees C and reacting for 8-10 hours, filtering and drying to obtain graphene-zinc powder composite material, (ii) mixing epoxy resin E20 and epoxy resin E51, then orderly adding wetting dispersant, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and thixotropic agent and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed material 1, then adding graphene-zinc powder composite material and iron phosphate powder to mixed material 1 to obtain mixed material 2, adding xylene and n-butanol to the mixed material 2 and mixing uniformly, filtering to obtain component A, and (iii) mixing prepared component A with component and dispersing uniformly to obtain final product.
