NOVELTY - Anti-static nylon stretch yarn comprises 120-150 pts. wt. nylon pieces, 30-45 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 15-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate, 5-10 pts. wt. algae functional masterbatch and 18-27 pts. wt. isophthalic acid modified nano-titanium dioxide. USE - Used as anti-static nylon stretch yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has excellent antistatic effect and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-static nylon stretch yarn comprising blending two-thirds of nylon chips, antistatic agents, modified graphene, triallyl isocyanurate, algae functional masterbatch and isophthalic acid-modified nano-titanium dioxide in a twin-screw extruder, granulating, made of nylon masterbatch, and blending and spinning nylon masterbatch and remaining nylon chips, oiling, winding and then balancing stretch to obtain anti-static nylon stretch yarn.
