NOVELTY - The film thermocouple has a packaging tube cap (1), packaging tube seat (2), broadband graphene (3), narrow-band graphene (4), upper protective layer (6), lower protective layer (7), substrate (8), and heat protection layer (9). The packaging cap is fixed on the packaging tube base. The packaging caps are a hollow structure and the top is porous. The substrate is provided inside the packaging cap, substrate is fixed to the packaging base, and the lower protection layer is provided on the substrate. The lower protection is used to isolate the broadband graphene and the narrow band graphene from the external environment. The heat protection is provided above the upper protection layer, and is used for performing the anti-oxidation protection of the broadband and narrow band graphene. The broadband graphene is arranged between the upper and lower protection layers. USE - Fast response high temperature film thermocouple for aviation engine of aircraft for measuring level of national technology development and ability of industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The film thermocouple has small size, light weight, high precision, fast response, high temperature resistance and small interference to the measured environment. The thermal conductivity of the graphene material effectively improves the response speed of the device, applied to the temperature detection.
