▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame-retardant light-stabilized polycarbonate is prepared by mixing the raw material formulation, melting, extruding, cooling down, granulating and drying. The raw material formulation comprises 80-90 %mass polycarbonate, 3-10 %mass composite flame retardant, 2-8 %mass light stabilizer, 0.2-1.5 %mass composite antioxidant, 0.2-1 %mass lubricant and 0.5-2 %mass dispersant. The composite flame retardant comprises expandable graphite, nano-carbonyl iron powder, zinc borate, graphene and silane coupling agents. USE - Flame-retardant light-stabilized polycarbonate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant light stabilized polycarbonate has excellent flame retardance and light stability. This preparation method is concise, simple and environmentally-protective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for producing flame-retardant light stabilized polycarbonate, which involves adding polycarbonate, composite flame retardant, light stabilizer, composite antioxidant, lubricant and dispersant to a high-speed mixer, mixing for 15-30 minutes to obtain material, adding the material to a twin-screw extruder, melt-kneading, extruding, cooling down, granulating and drying.
