NOVELTY - High salt mist resistant graphene rust-curing coating comprises 45-50 pts. wt. inorganic nano-material hybrid organic emulsion, 0.1-1 pts. wt. nano grapheme, 25-35 pts. wt. main transforming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. plant extract acid, 3-8 pts. wt. inorganic acid, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. osmotic agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antibacterial preservative, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and remaining amount of deionized water. USE - Used as high salt mist resistant graphene rust-curing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high adhesive force, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, humidity resistance, salt spray resistance, ductility, impact resistance and excellent heat resistance; has high wear resistance, pressure resistance, compactness and impermeability; and has excellent storage stability and long-lasting properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high salt mist resistant graphene rust-curing coating, comprising (a) adding deionized water, wetting dispersant and nano grapheme, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain nano graphene dispersion, (b) uniformly dispersing main transforming agent, plant extract acid, inorganic acid, wetting agent, adhesion promoter, anti-rust agent and osmotic agent to obtain a mixed solution, (c) mixing the mixed solution for grinding until the particle diameter is 0.04-40 nm, and maintaining long-term stable suspension in the system, (d) taking the prepared products of the steps (a) and (c) and coupling agent, mixing and dispersing, and (e) adding nano-material hybrid organic emulsion into the dispersed pigment paste, fully dispersing, adding defoamer, adjusting the viscosity of the coated -4 cup to be 15-20 seconds, filtering, packaging and warehousing.
