▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electrode has a graphene conducting layer (2) fixed on a substrate (1). A field-effect control layer (3) is made of transparent conductive material. A dielectric layer (4) is formed between the graphene conducting layer and the field-effect control layer. The field-effect control layer is provided with polar charges in a working state. A first metal electrode (51) is contacted with a first graphene conductive layer. A second metal electrode (52) is contacted with a second graphene conductive layer. A cathode is connected with an external voltage supply unit. USE - Transparent electrode for a display device and a solar battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode improves square resistance of a conductive film and increases flexibility effect.
