NOVELTY - Preparation of lightweight thermal insulation composite foamed concrete involves uniformly mixing aluminum silicate fiber, silane coupling agent and maleic anhydride with water, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 1-5 hours, washing, drying, obtaining a modified aluminum silicate fiber, mixing modified aluminum silicate fiber, graphene oxide and surfactant with water at 150-200 degrees C for 5-8 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying, obtaining graphene oxide/aluminum silicate fiber composite material, uniformly mixing light aggregate, fly ash, cement, fine sand, diatomaceous earth, montmorillonite, waste rubber particles and graphene oxide/aluminum silicate fiber composite material under mechanical stirring, obtaining powder mixture, dispersing water reducing agent and other additive in water, adding obtained mixture to the powder mixture, continuously stirring for 60-150 seconds, adding foaming agent, and uniformly stirring. USE - Preparation of lightweight thermal insulation composite foamed concrete used for construction industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lightweight thermal insulation composite foamed concrete with high strength and fire resistance.
