NOVELTY - A two-dimensional cobalt oxide nano-sheets/activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide composite electrode material preparing method involves pre-cleaning the carbon cloth with an ethanol and distilled water and drying. Graphite flakes, carbon cloth and sodium nitrate are added to the beaker, 50-80 ml of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid is added and stirred to obtain mixed solution. Potassium permanganate is slowly added to the mixed solution, and stirred, transferred to an oil bath and stirred to obtain solution. The solution is slowly mixed with distilled water, and stirred. Hydrogen peroxide is added to the mixture solution, a hydrazine hydrate is added, and heated. The carbon cloth is washed by deionized water and dried to obtain activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide. The activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide is used as the working electrode. The deposited carbon cloth is washed with deionized water, and annealed to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional cobalt oxide nano-sheets/activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing two-dimensional cobalt oxide nano-sheets/activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide composite electrode material with better practicality and high specific capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A two-dimensional cobalt oxide nano-sheets/activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide composite electrode material preparing method involves pre-cleaning the carbon cloth with an ethanol and distilled water under ultrasonic conditions at 60-90 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, and drying under vacuum for 5-8 hours. Graphite flakes, carbon cloth and sodium nitrate are added to the beaker at a mass ratio of 1:40:41, 50-80 ml of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid is added dropwise and stirred at -5-8 degrees C for 20-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution. Potassium permanganate is slowly added to the mixed solution, and vigorously stirred in an ice bath for 1-3 hours, transferred to an oil bath and stirred at 20-50 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain solution. The solution is slowly mixed with 100-150 ml distilled water, stirred in an ice bath for 1 to 3 hours, and stirring the mixed solution in an oil bath at 80-98 degrees C for 20-60 minutes. Hydrogen peroxide is added dropwise to the mixture solution until the solution becomes clear, 2-5 ml of 96.3 mmol hydrazine hydrate is added, the solution is heated at 100-130 degrees C oil bath under the condensation of water-cooled condenser for 20-30 hours. The carbon cloth is washed by deionized water for 3-5 times, and dried under vacuum at 60-80 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide. The activated carbon cloth doped reduced graphene oxide is used as the working electrode, the platinum plate is used as the counter electrode, the calomel electrode is used as the reference electrode by using an electrochemical workstation at a potential of -0.8--1.0 V and the concentration of 0.01-10 molL-1 cobalt (II) nitrate hexahydrate is used as the electrolyte for electrochemical deposition, and the electrodeposition for 600-3600 second. The deposited carbon cloth is washed with deionized water, dried in air at 60-90 degrees C for 8-12 hours, and annealed at 350-400 degrees C for 1-4 hours to obtain the finished product.
