▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Water area rescue protective clothing fabric comprises a three-layer structure consisting of a waterproof fabric layer, a base cloth layer and a heat preservation layer. The waterproof fabric layer is nylon fiber and graphene fiber fabric. The nylon fiber and the graphene fiber are sheath-core structure. The graphene fiber is core layer. The nylon fiber covers the graphene fiber to form a skin layer. The base cloth layer comprises upper and lower two layers structure, woven by different yarns. The upper layer structure is interwoven with the lower layer structure weft yarn, forming a connecting point. The yarn of the upper layer structure comprises Terylene (Synthetic polyester fiber), aramid, orlon, cotton fiber and glass viscose fiber. The yarn of the lower layer structure comprises aramid, chinlon, chloro fiber, asbestos fiber and silk fiber. The heat preservation layer is made of aramid fiber material by mixing and spinning and weaving the colored cotton fiber. USE - The fabric is useful for manufacturing water area rescue protective clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The protective clothing has strong water seepage resistance, high water pressure resistance, and warmth retention performance meeting set index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Water area rescue protective clothing fabric comprises a three-layer structure consisting of a waterproof fabric layer, a base cloth layer and a heat preservation layer. The fabric is woven into a whole. The yarn of the upper layer structure comprises 30-40 wt.% Terylene (Synthetic polyester fiber), 10-25 wt.% aramid, 15-20 wt.% orlon, 5-10 wt.% cotton fiber and 15-20 wt.% glass viscose fiber. The yarn of the lower layer structure comprises 50-60 wt.% aramid, 2-8 wt.% chinlon, 8-10 wt.% chloro fiber, 15-25 wt.% asbestos fiber and 5-15 wt.% silk fiber. The heat preservation layer is made of aramid fiber material by mixing and spinning and weaving the colored cotton fiber. The content of the colored cotton fiber is 30-80 wt.% and aramid fiber (remaining amount). A layer of titanium alloy material layer is coated between the base cloth surface layer and the heat preservation layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a water area rescue protective clothing made of water area rescue protective clothing fabric.
