NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity resin comprises using device including mixing unit and material taking unit, (i) introducing thermally conductive filler and low dielectric loss resin into preheating machine, and carrying out preheating treatment to it by preheating machine; (ii) weighing graphene that is 1:2 with mass ratio of thermally conductive filler, passing into mixing drum, at same time, transporting organic solvent, curing catalyst and active monomer in material storage box in equal amounts through the conveyor belt frame, transported material finally entering the mixing drum, when the mass ratio of graphene to it satisfies 1:0.1%:0.05%:0.05%, stopping transportation; (iii) passing the thermally conductive filler and low dielectric loss resin after preheating into the mixing drum, driving a rotating column by motor one to rotate, and stirring mixed material to make it well mixed; and (iv) passing uniformly mixed material into ball mill and carrying ball milling process. USE - The high thermal conductivity resin is useful for PCB plug holes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: ensure quality of high heat-conducting resin.
