The weight ratio of thermally conductive carbon fibers and polyimide fibers is 1:(7-10). USE - Used as high-strength and cold-resistant textile for space suits. ADVANTAGE - The surface of the fabric has a dense polyurea film, which not only has good cold resistance, but also has high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing high-strength and cold-resistant textiles, comprising (i) weaving polyimide fibers and heat-conducting carbon fibers into fabrics, and blending into base; (ii) placing the fabric base in the amino compound liquid and fully soaking it at 20-50°C, taking it out and drying at 30-50°C to obtain a surface-modified fabric substrate; (iii) spraying the polyurea elastomer evenly on the surface of the fabric substrate after surface modification, and drying naturally.
