▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material involves: (1) uniformly dispersing sulfonated graphene in deionized water; and (2) adding aniline monomer to homogeneous solution obtained in step (1), continuously and ultrasonically dispersing, stirring at constant-speed under ice bath, dripping aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate to homogeneous solution, continuously reacting under ice bath after dripping is finished, drying to get precursor, dispersing precursor in aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, stirring and soaking. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material, which is useful for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and rapid preparation of polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material with high specific capacitance and excellent magnification performance and circulation stability in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composite electrode material involves: (1) uniformly dispersing sulfonated graphene in deionized water; (2) adding aniline monomer to homogeneous solution obtained in step (1), continuously and ultrasonically dispersing, stirring at constant-speed under ice bath, dripping aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate to homogeneous solution for 0.5-1 hour, continuously reacting for 4-6 hours under ice bath after dripping is finished, drying to get precursor, dispersing obtained precursor in aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, stirring and soaking so that the precursor is fully doped with sulfuric acid followed by filtration to obtain polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composites; and (3) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methylpyrrolidone to prepared solution having concentration of 50-100 mg/ml, weighing polyaniline-sulfonated graphene composites, acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride in mass ratio of 80:(10-15):(10-5), evenly grinding, coating slurry on current collector stainless steel sheet and drying.
