NOVELTY - Titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material is present in the form of powder, which comprises titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide nano-particles and reduced graphene oxide nano-sheet, where titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide nano-particles are uniformly deposited on partially-reduced graphene oxide nanoplatelets. USE - Titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material used for degrading photocatalytic industrial organic dye and hydrogen production by photolysis of water. ADVANTAGE - The titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material enables to prepare in simple manner, and has photoelectric properties and good chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material which involves: (A) dispersing the graphene oxide powder in solvent A to form mixed solution A; (B) dispersing the titanium dioxide precursor in solvent B to form mixed solution B; (C) mixing the mixed solution B to the mixed solution A to form mixed solution C; and (D) stirring the mixed solution C and subjecting to the hydro-thermal treatment and drying treatment to obtain titanium trioxide-doped titanium dioxide reduced graphene oxide nano-composite material, where mass ratio of the graphene oxide powder and titanium dioxide precursor is 1:5 to 1:2.
