NOVELTY - Carbon-based material loaded with titanium oxide nanoparticles, comprises carbon nanomaterials and titanium oxide nanoparticles. The titanium oxide nanoparticles are supported on the surface of carbon nanomaterials. The average particle size of the titanium oxide nanoparticles is less than 2 nm. USE - The nanoparticle is useful in preparing photocatalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle realizes photoelectric cooperative catalysis and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the carbon-based material loaded with titanium oxide nano-particles, comprising (i) mixing the butyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol at 4-8℃, adding the mixed solution to the nitric acid aqueous solution to obtain the butyl titanate sol precursor, (ii) mixing the butyl titanate sol precursor with carbon-based material at 4-8℃, and (iii) processing the mixed material using infrared laser at 4-8℃, and purifying.
