NOVELTY - The method comprises washing a graphene oxide (0.05 mg/ml) by dilute hydrochloric acid (1-10%) and de-ionized water, purifying the graphene oxide to obtain the pure graphene oxide water solution, ultrasonically dispersing the solution for first period of time, adding metal salt solution (10-5 to 10-3 mol/L) to the oxidized graphene water solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding sodium borohydride to the stirred and mixed solution, stirring it uniformly to obtain the mixed solution, and centrifuging the mixed solution at a speed of 10000 r/min for 15 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically and simply preparing the graphene with increased conductivity and high safety and without toxicity and generation of graphene stones in an environmental friendly manner.
