NOVELTY - The device has a shell (103) is provided with a cover plate (104) and a uniform mixing component, where a side of the uniform mixing component is provided with a discontinuous filling component. A vertical line of the intermittent filling component is provided with an auxiliary transfer component. The shell is provided with a stirring chamber (101) and formed with an auxiliary cavity (102). The uniform mixing component comprises a rotating shaft that is provided with a disturbance blade, where the disturbance blade is provided with a feeding port. A side of a magnet is located in the disturbance blade that is fixedly connected with a fixing plate. A spring is arranged between the fixing plate and the drawing strip. USE - Graphene-modified chromium-free zinc-aluminum coating compounding device for bridge steel component used in large-span bridge engineering such as suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge. ADVANTAGE - The device can quickly the raw material transferred from the batching chamber and uniformly mixing the coating in the stirring chamber and the raw material into the stirring chamber, and obtains the standard of the modified graphene- chromium-free zinc-aluminum paint in a relatively short time.
