NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thin film comprises e.g. (i) growing graphene thin film with metal foil flat-wise on a glass slide; (ii) placing the surface adhered with adhesive tape and metal foil into a corrosive liquid for corrosion; (iii) placing the resultant film into petri dish containing deionized water and rinsing, hydrophilic treating on target substrate and placing to obtain adhesive tape/target substrate; and (iv) taking resultant product and slowly tearing adhesive tape which is parallel in direction, and transferring the graphene thin film on the target substrate to obtain desired product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method achieves nondestructive transfer of graphene thin film (claimed), is simple and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene thin film comprises (i) growing graphene thin film with metal foil flat-wise on a glass slide, using adhesive tape growing graphene thin film with metal foil surface; (ii) placing the surface adhered with adhesive tape and metal foil into a corrosive liquid for corrosion for 2-10 hours and then removing film structure adhesive tape/graphene metal foil; (iii) placing the resultant film structure adhesive tape/graphene into a petri dish containing deionized water and rinsing for 10-30 minutes for 3-5 times, carrying out hydrophilic treatment on the target substrate using plasma cleaning machine at 10-50 W for 3-5 minutes, then removing film structure adhesive tape/graphene, placing at room temperature for 3-6 hours to obtain adhesive tape/graphene thin film/target substrate; and (iv) taking the adhesive tape/graphene thin film/target substrate and slowly tearing adhesive tape which is parallel in direction, and transferring graphene thin film on the target substrate to obtain desired product.
