NOVELTY - A coating comprises 80-120 pts. wt. geopolymer gel material, 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated silicone resin, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-ceramic powder, 0-5 pts. wt. anti-corrosion filler, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-4 pts. wt. rheology control agent, and 20-40 pts. wt. water. USE - The coating is used for boiler tube protection tile of waste incineration boilers (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating uses unique molecular structure of the geopolymer gel material, has excellent interface bonding ability, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance to realize excellent corrosion resistance, and high bonding strength, avoids cracking, and has low cost and excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the coating comprising taking geopolymer powder and phosphoric acid, mixing, stirring, fully reacting for 10-15 minutes, adding redispersible latex powder and water, mixing, stirring, dividing into two parts, adding alkali activator, and stirring; and adding water, epoxy-terminated silicone resin and dispersant, mixing, adding nano-ceramic powder, anti-corrosion filler, and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, grinding, mixing, filtering, adding rheology control agent, and mixing.
