NOVELTY - An ink comprises 5-20 wt.% water-soluble graphene powder, 40-70 wt.% water-soluble connecting resin material, 1-7 wt.% additive, and 20-60 wt.% solvent. USE - Ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink is economical and environmentally-friendly, and can be mass produced, and has excellent toughness, conductivity, compression performance and impact resistance, due to the presence of deionized water as solvent and water-soluble connecting resin material, and improved stability and reduced resistivity, due to the presence of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ink, which involves pretreating graphene using graphene oxide as raw material, hydrothermally-reacting using hydrazinebenzenesulfonic acid and soluble hydrazinebenzenesulfonic acid in a ratio of 1:4 for 12 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain water-soluble reduced graphene oxide powder rich in sulfonic acid groups, adding the raw materials to a dispersion kettle, stirring at room temperature at a speed of 100-5000 rpm, dispersing, uniformly mixing to obtain a conductive ink slurry, grinding the conductive ink slurry to obtain particles having a particle size of 10 mu m or less in a grinder, filtering and packaging. The grinding time can be adjusted according to the paste composition, initial particle size and shape. The stirring speed in the dispersion kettle depends on the particle size, shape and uniformity of the dispersion of the initial components.
