NOVELTY - The method for producing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant sintered silicon carbide seal, involves (i) mixing silicon carbide, plasticizer, water-soluble resin, mold releasing agent, tantalum pentoxide, garnet powder and graphene with 18-crown ether-6 to produce a mixture, (ii) mixing the mixture with water, then performing spray granulation to produce an atomized material, (iii) pressing the atomized material to produce a seal mold, carrying out calcination process (I), cooling to produce semi-finished product seal, then performing calcination process (II) and cooling. USE - Method for producing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant sintered silicon carbide seal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The seal has excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for producing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant sintered silicon carbide seal, involves (i) mixing silicon carbide, plasticizer, water-soluble resin, mold releasing agent, tantalum pentoxide, garnet powder and graphene with 18-crown ether-6 to produce a mixture, (ii) mixing the mixture with water, then performing spray granulation to produce an atomized material, (iii) placing the atomized material in a seal mold for pressing to produce a sealing component, carrying out calcination process (I) at 160-190 degrees C for 2-4 hours, cooling to produce semi-finished product seal, then performing calcination process (II) onto semi-finished product seal at 2200-2250 degrees C for 9-15 hours and cooling to produce corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant sintered silicon carbide seal. The moisture content of the atomized material is 1.2-1.5 wt.%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant sintered silicon carbide seal.
