NOVELTY - High heat luminous keyboard film comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 20-40 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. luminous powder, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 8-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 12-16 pts. wt. magnetic components, 1-3 pts. wt. age inhibitor, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 7-10 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as high heat luminous keyboard film. ADVANTAGE - The keyboard film has good heat dissipation and good luminous characteristics, so that the computer operation can be carried out without lights, reduces the energy consumption and has better significance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high heat luminous keyboard film comprising, (i) placing polycarbonate and polyacrylic ester into the reaction kettle, heating and melting, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene into the mixture, mixing and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture a1, (ii) introducing luminous powder, anti-aging agent, antioxidant and flame retardant into the mixture a1, mixing and stirring uniformly; placing the mixture into the shear cutting and dispersing for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture a2, and (iii) adding modified attapulgite clay and nano-titanium dioxide into the mixture a2, stirring uniformly, placing ultrasonically for 10-20 minutes, then adding magnetic components, mixing uniformly and placing the mixture in a forming machine to form film.
