▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A golf club head counterweight alloy material comprises 85-92 pts. wt. tungsten powder, 4-6 pts. wt. nickel powder, 2-3.5 pts. wt. stainless steel powder, 0.4-1 pt. wt. molybdenum powder, and 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. niobium powder. USE - Counterweight alloy material used for forming golf club head. ADVANTAGE - The golf club head counterweight alloy material has good combination with the golf club head, and the welded joint has high tensile strength. The tensile strength of the welded joint with the golf club head is significantly improved by using stainless steel powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of golf club head weight alloy material, which involves (S21) adding tungsten powder, nickel powder, stainless steel powder, molybdenum powder, and niobium powder to the mixer, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed powder, (S22) mixing the mixed powder and the binder uniformly according to a weight ratio of 10:0.2-0.5, injecting the mixed powder and the binder into the mold using a metal injection molding method, and demolding to obtain the blank, (S23) sintering the billet at 850-1000 degrees C for 13-24 hours, cooling, and then sintering at 1350-1500 degrees C for 1-4 hours and cooling.
