▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide, and performing centrifugation to obtain graphene oxide of uniform size, (b) mixing granular aluminum powder and graphene oxide in mass ratio of 0.1-0.6:99.4-99.9, dissolving in mixed solution containing water and alcohol in volume ratio of 1:4-4:1, adding 0.05-0.2 vol.% solution containing 15-35 wt.% hydrochloric acid, performing sonication at 40-70 degrees C for 0.1-1 hour, cleaning and drying to prepare graphene/aluminum hydroxide/aluminum multilayer coating structure, and (c) subjecting graphene/aluminum hydroxide/aluminum multilayer coating structure powder into primary hot pressing sintering process at 180-22 degrees C for 30 minutes, and then second hot pressing sintering process at 580 degrees C for 2-3 hours under pressure of 100-200 MPa to obtain graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses electrostatic self-assembling method which prevents agglomeration of graphene, and improves performance of the composite material.
