NOVELTY - Extracting enriched graphene oxide-derived nucleic acid binding protein comprises testing cells, dissolving cells in graphene oxide, cracking, and centrifuging to collect lysis to obtain graphene oxide-nucleic acid- binding protein complex, then resuspending protein denaturing solution, ultrasonicating, and collecting nucleic acid binding protein. USE - The method is useful for extracting enriched graphene oxide-derived nucleic acid binding protein (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation and low cost.
