NOVELTY - Immune electrochemical sensor comprises a glassy carbon electrode substrate, a graphene/chitosan mixed film coated on surface of the glassy carbon electrode substrate, and a detection layer, where material of the detection layer is solution of beta-agonist universal hapten 4-(4-(2-tert-butylamino-1-hydroxyethyl)phenyl)butanoic acid (I). USE - The immune electrochemical sensor is useful for detecting seven kinds of beta-adrenergic receptor agonists including clenbuterol, salbutamol, mabuterol, brombuterol, cimbuterol, tulobuterol and terbutaline in foodstuffs (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Immune electrochemical sensor comprises a glassy carbon electrode substrate, a graphene/chitosan mixed film coated on surface of the glassy carbon electrode substrate, and a detection layer, where material of the detection layer is solution of beta-agonist universal hapten 4-(4-(2-tert-butylamino-1-hydroxyethyl)phenyl)butanoic acid of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the immune electrochemical sensor, comprising coating graphene/chitosan dispersion on the surface of the clean glassy carbon electrode substrate, and drying to form a film, then spraying solution of (I) on surface of the film, and drying to obtain sensor.
