NOVELTY - Nano-coating welding wire without copper plating, comprises a welding wire base body and a nano coating coated on the surface of the welding wire base body. The nano coating comprises a first coating layer, a second coating layer and a third coating layer sequentially coated on the surface of the welding wire substrate. The first coating comprises liquid potassium, sodium silicate, nickel powder, aluminium powder, zinc powder, carbon nano tube, graphene, curing agent, diatomite, titanium dioxide and molybdenum disulfide. The second coating comprises graphite deoxidizer, mica, hard particles, graphene, diatomite and coupling agent. The third coating comprises release agent graphite graphene, diatomite, mica and coupling agent. The curing agent is silicon phosphate or silicon tripolyphosphate. The deoxidizer is ferrotitanium and/or ferrosilicon. The hard particles are titanium carbide, titanium nitride, and/or silicon nitride and the coupling agent is silane coupling agent KH560. USE - Used as nano-coating welding wire without copper plating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating welding wire has improved wear resistance, flexibility, flexibility and deep protection, and small conductive nozzle abrasion.
