▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing nanolayer graphene emulsion comprises crushing expandable graphite through ball milling under an ice-bath condition to obtain nanopowder; treating the nanopowder at a high temperature to obtain vermiform expandable graphite; adding the expandable graphite into liquid alcohol to perform ultrasonic treatment; filtering, and soaking in acid; and flushing the expandable graphite repeatedly, filtering, and dispersing the expandable graphite in deionized water or pure water to perform ultrasonic treatment to obtain the nanolayer graphene emulsion. USE - Method for preparing nanolayer graphene (claimed) used in composite battery material, ceramic material and catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The graphene dispersing system of safety performance is good. The graphene sheet in the emulsion is provided with edge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nanolayer graphene emulsion comprises: (A) crushing expandable graphite through ball milling for 1-10 hours under an ice-bath condition at 400-4000 revolutions per minute and drying to obtain nanopowder; (B) heating the nanopowder at 500-1000 degrees C, and incubating for 5-100 seconds to obtain the vermiform expandable graphite; (C) adding the expandable graphite into liquid alcohol to perform ultrasonic treatment at 40-50 Hz for 0.5-10 hours to obtain a dispersion liquid; (D) filtering the expandable graphite, and soaking the expandable graphite in acid; and (E) flushing the expandable graphite repeatedly by using ethanol and deionized water, filtering, and dispersing the expandable graphite in deionized water or pure water for 1-3 hours to perform ultrasonic treatment to obtain the nanolayer graphene emulsion.
