NOVELTY - High-integrity capacitor diaphragm comprises 25-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber, 18-22 pts. wt. ceramic fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. activated carbon fiber, 14-18 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide powder, 2-3 pts. wt. silicone resin, 3-4 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, 1-2 pts. wt. nonylphenol ethoxylate, 2-3 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 1-2 pts. wt. nitrogen diisobutyronitrile, 1-1.4 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - High-integrity capacitor diaphragm. ADVANTAGE - The high-integrity capacitor diaphragm has good economic benefit, dense micro-pore, improves use performance of capacitor, and prolongs service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-integrity capacitor diaphragm, which involves: (A) mixing polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polypropylene fiber and activated carbon fiber into deionized water, and quickly stir into slurry in blender; (B) adding above mixture to ceramic fiber, basalt fiber, graphene powder, calcium carbonate powder, zinc oxide powder, mixing at high temperature and high pressure, shaking and homogenizing in ultrasonic oscillator, obtaining homogeneous liquid reserve, after mixing silicone resin with sodium tripolyphosphate, adding nonylphenol ethoxylate, vinyl acetate and azobisisobutyronitrile, heating and stirring, then adding plasticizer and adhesive, after continuing to stir, mixture is ready for use, casting above mixed solution on surface of glass by casting process, and after drying at constant temperature, film is peel off on glass and used, above homogenized liquid is sent to paper machine by wet forming process to be dehydrating and forming by grid and press section, and drying and then heat-bonding to obtain nonwoven fabric base cloth for use; (C) coating film on above-mentioned nonwoven fabric base cloth, and subjecting to hot press forming, high-density capacitor separator cut; and (D) packaging.
