▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low conductivity temperature coefficient epoxy resin nano composite insulating material comprises 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 85 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The insulating material is useful in direct current (DC) power systems insulation materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: is reasonable; incorporates graphene oxide into the epoxy resin material; reduces the temperature dependence of electrical conductivity, which may weaken electric field distortion in electrical equipment; provides efficient solutions for electrical equipment homogenization electric field and structural optimization; and solves the problem of electric field distortion caused by temperature in DC electrical equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the epoxy resin nanocomposite insulating material with low conductivity temperature coefficient, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide to ethanol to obtain a graphene oxide-ethanol mixed solution, adding epoxy resin to the graphene oxide ethanol mixed solution, and obtaining a uniform dispersion after ultrasonic treatment, using a magnetic stirrer to stir evenly to remove ethanol and obtaining a mixture of epoxy resin and graphene oxide, and (ii) mixing the mixture of epoxy resin and graphene oxide with curing agent, stir with a magnetic stirrer, degassing the mixture obtained by stirring to remove bubbles, pouring the degassed mixture into the mold, and curing.
