NOVELTY - A high thermal conducting graphite-modified high strength polyoxymethylene masterbatch contains 100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 0.01-5 pts. wt. dried graphene powder, 4-8 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. light shielding agent, and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - A high thermal conducting graphite-modified high strength polyoxymethylene masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Masterbatch improves thermal property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high thermal conducting graphite-modified high strength polyoxymethylene masterbatch which involves electrostatically spraying polyoxymethylene particle into dried graphene powder having static output voltage of 10-25 kV, static output electric current of 5-15 A, and powder of 2-10 g/minute, adding obtained polyoxymethylene particle, dispersing agent, light shielding agent, and antioxidant into high speed mixer, uniformly mixing at 90-100 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, drying in vacuum oven at 100-125 degrees C for 10-24 hours, feeding into twin screw extruder, melt-kneading, extruding, and granulating in which twin screw extruder has length-diameter ratio of 30:1-70:1, temperature of 125 degrees C, 135 degrees C, 145 degrees C, 155 degrees C, 165 degrees C, and 175 degrees C, and rotating speed of 40-120 rpm.
