NOVELTY - Insulating moisture-proof concrete module comprises 5-8 wt.% volcanic ash, 32-43 wt.% cement, 12-19 wt.% sand stone, 2.5-3.3 wt.% polypropylene fiber, 8-13 wt.% heavy calcium powder, 0.5-0.65 wt.% polycarboxylate water reducing agent, 3-5 wt.% macroporous resin, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 0.015-0.035 wt.% biological agent and concrete water (balance amount). USE - The insulating moisture-proof concrete module is useful for construction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The concrete module: has excellent compressive strength, water penetration resistance, anti-salt alkali corrosion, long service life and energy-saving, reduced cracking phenomenon caused by concrete shrinkage and deformation; and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing insulating moisture-proof concrete module comprising adding all the raw materials into mixer, stirring evenly, then adding 0.015-0.035 wt.% biological agents, 0.5-0.65 wt.% polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, stirring the concrete mixture with water, pouring into module frame to obtain concrete, laying volcanic ash and macroporous adsorption resin flat on upper and lower surfaces of concrete to obtain final product.
