▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has multiple double-ring metal structures composed of a metal inner ring (3) and a metal outer ring (2) located on a substrate. A graphene ring (3) is formed on the substrate and located between the metal inner rings and the metal outer rings, where the graphene ring uses n-layer graphene. The graphene ring controls conductivity of the graphene by adding femtosecond laser to realize amplitude change of the device. The substrate is provided with a semiconductor material substrate. USE - Terahertz enhanced electromagnetic induction transparent device. Uses include but are not limited to communication, imaging, life science, space technology, and radar technology. ADVANTAGE - The terahertz enhanced electromagnetic induction transparent device has simple structure, is capable of enhancing EIT transmission amplitude, and has ultra-fast modulation capability of picosecond magnitude.
