▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rotor comprises shaft (9) over which two claw poles (20) enclose a rotor coil, and first and second claw poles that are oppositely polarized and positioned set adjacent to each other, where each claw pole has multiple claw fingers (21) with permanent magnets (7) interposed between, front and rear fans (22) with multiple blades, welded onto the axial end surface of the claws of the rotor along the axis, allowing the air to circulate through the machine. The blades of the fan are coated with a multi-layer graphene as a protective layer to avoid corrosion and improve thermal heat conductivity. The fan blades are made of iron sheet metal and further coated with multi-layer graphene to improve the durability and thermal conductivity of the machine. USE - Rotor for belt driven starter generator. ADVANTAGE - The rotor has graphene oxide coating on a metal sheet surface, which provides resistance property, very good heat transfer rate and act as good thermal conductor in addition to a metal composite, provides good electrical conductivity, when used in solid state electronic devices, is pliable and transparent in nature, and used in the production of low cost display for mobile devices and solutions.
