NOVELTY - Preparation of thickened graphene oxide film involves using graphene oxide cake with solid content of more than 40%, mixing the graphene oxide cake, extruding into sheet, folding the sheet and extruding into sheet under the condition of surface wetting, repeating for several times and reducing the thickness of the sheet. USE - Preparation of thickened graphene oxide film used for preparing heat conducting film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses double-roller processing to obtain the thickened graphene oxide film with high thickness. Compared with existing graphene heat-conducting film production process, greatly improves the production efficiency and heat-conducting coefficient of the thickened graphene heat-conducting film longitudinal direction, ensures the uniformity of thermal conductivity of each portion of the thickened graphene oxide film, and reduces the volume shrinkage of the sheet.
