▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene foam having density of 0.1-1.0 g/cm3, preferably 0.15-0.4 g/cm3 and thermal conductivity of 100-1000 W/m.k, preferably 150-350 W/m.k. USE - Used as graphene foam. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has very high thermal conductivity along the oriented direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene foam comprising placing the in-plane oriented assembly of graphene oxide film in a high temperature furnace, heating at 1000-3000 degrees C at a rate of 0.02-10 degrees C/minute, heating to less than or equal to 400 degrees C at a rate of 0.02-0.5 degrees C/minute, preferably 0.05-0.1 degrees C/minute in air atmosphere, heating to greater than or equal to 400 degrees C and less than or equal to 1500 degrees C at a rate of 2-10 degrees C/minute in nitrogen atmosphere and heating to greater than or equal to 1500 degrees C at a rate of 2-4 degrees C/minute in argon atmosphere, where the high temperature treatment is carried out for 1-2 hours at a pressure of 1-100 KPa, preferably 30-60 KPa; and (2) graphene carbon composite material comprising 5-80 wt.% graphene and 20-95 wt.% carbon material filled between graphene layer, where the density is 1.0-2.2 g/cm3, the thermal conductivity is 500-1000 W/mx K, a plate shape having a thickness of 0.1-300 mm, preferably 0.2-5 mm, a cylinder shape having a diameter of 100-500 mm, preferably 200-500 mm and a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter of 100-500 mm, preferably 200-500 mm and a sidewall thickness of 4-100 mm, preferably 30-50 mm.
