NOVELTY - Patterning of graphene involves forming a graphene layer (130) on polymer substrate (120), and forming nanopattern on the graphene layer by hot embossing imprinting. USE - Patterning of graphene used for display device (all claimed) e.g. flat panel display device. Uses include but are not limited to transparent flexible device, semiconductor device, chemical sensor and electrical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the patterning of graphene having excellent heat conductivity, transparency, and reflectivity, by a simple process.
