NOVELTY - Preparing graphene hybrid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite film involves (a) mixing graphene in high-speed ball surfactant, then adding PTFE dispersion resin, extrusion aid and coupling agent in first mixing material, mixing again by mixer, aging the uniformly mixed composite material in oven; (b) preprocessing mixed material by pre-molding, extruding and rolling to obtain graphene hybrid PTFE composite rolling base band; and (c) processing composite rolling base band by bidirectional stretching process, then high-temperature sintering and cooling to obtain PTFE composite film. USE - Method for preparing graphene hybrid PTFE composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has excellent conductivity and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a PTFE composite film, which is prepared by the preparation method.
