NOVELTY - A graphene- column(5) arene-gold nanoparticles (GN-P5-AuNPs) preparing method involves preparing graphene column. The obtained black dispersion is centrifuged, washed, dried under vacuum for 48 hours to obtain graphene-column (5) arene GN-P5 powder. Graphene-pillar(5) arene powder is dissolved in water after ultrasound and pre-mixed solution of gold nanoparticles is added, stirred at room temperature, and mixed solution is centrifuged to obtain graphene-column (5) arene-gold particles, after washing with deionized water to give pure GN-P5-AuNPs, and drying to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preapring graphene-column(5) arene-gold nanoparticles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene- column(5) arene-gold nanoparticles (GN-P5-AuNPs) preparing method involves preparing graphene column by mixing 10 mg aromatic nanocomposites, and 10 mg graphene amphiphilic column (5) arene P5 under ultrasonic irradiation, dissolving in 10 ml deionized water, stirring at room temperature for 12 hours, adding 100 mu l hydrazine hydrate and 200 mu l aqueous ammonia to form mixed solution. The mixed solution is stirring at 75 degrees C for 14 hours to obtain black dispersion. The obtained black dispersion is centrifuged at a speed of 10000 rpm for 20 minutes, washed, dried under vacuum for 48 hours to obtain graphene-column (5) arene GN-P5 powder. 10 mg graphene-pillar(5) arene powder is dissolved in water after ultrasound and pre-mixed solution of gold nanoparticles is added, stirred at room temperature for 24 hours, and mixed solution is centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain graphene- column (5) arene-gold particles, after washing for 3 times with deionized water to give pure GN-P5-AuNPs, drying at 65 degrees C under vacuum for 48 hours to obtain finished product.
