NOVELTY - Polymer composite filler comprises graphene and carbon nanotubes in mass ratio of 8:2-2:8, where the specific surface area of the polymer composite filler is 10-500 m2/g. USE - Used as polymer composite filler. ADVANTAGE - The polymer composite provides excellent electrical properties without damaging physical and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing a polymer composite filler comprising (a) preparing graphene and carbon nanotubes in a mass ratio of 2:8-8:2; and (b) adding the graphene and carbon nanotubes to a material peeling device and milling at a speed of 200 to 500 rpm to obtain a polymer composite filler.
