▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating includes 6-12 pts. wt. of low-viscosity high-chlorinated polyethylene resin, 5-10 pts. wt. of 9 carbon petroleum resin, 20-30 pts. wt. of xylene, 1-2 pts. wt. of graphene dispersion, 3-6 pts. wt. of chlorinated paraffin, 10-25 pts. wt. iron oxide red, 3-8 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 3-8 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-7 pts. wt. of talc powder, 3-5 pts. wt. of mica powder, 1 pts. wt. of epoxy resin and 0.5-1 pts. wt. of additives. USE - Graphene modified high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating for anticorrosion treatment of petrochemical equipment, offshore oil drilling platforms, cross-sea bridges, seawater desalination devices, marine transportation, power generation equipment and other facilities. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating uses the sheet structure, high strength and flexibility of graphene to modify the anticorrosive coating of high chlorinated polyethylene resin, and prepared high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating has better toughness, impact resistance, salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance than other high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coatings modified with resin and plasticizer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of graphene modified high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating, which involves adding high chlorinated polyethylene resin, carbon nine petroleum resin, xylene, graphene dispersion, chlorinated paraffin, iron oxide red, zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, talc powder, mica powder, epoxy resin, and additives, grinding, dispersing at high speed, and filtering to obtain the graphene-modified high-chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating; and (2) an application method of graphene modified high chlorinated polyethylene resin anticorrosive coating, which involves adding a thinner to the anti-corrosion coating and mixing uniformly, and spraying or brushing on the surface of the substrate to be coated within 8 hours.
