NOVELTY - Reinforced heat transfer system of automobile soft bag lithium ion battery comprises a liquid cooling plate (4), a radiator (5) and a composite phase change material structure (6). The liquid cooling plate has a frame structure and is provided with multiple battery grooves inside for placing automobile soft bag lithium ion battery (1). The inner wall of each battery groove is provided with a graphene film (2) for wrapping the automobile soft lithium ion battery. The radiator is located at the bottom of the liquid cooling plate and a graphene film is provided at the position corresponding to the battery groove of the liquid cooling plate which is used to cover the bottom of the automobile soft lithium ion battery and the composite phase change material structure is arranged at the bottom of the radiator and is adhered to the radiator. USE - Used as reinforced heat transfer system of automobile soft bag lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The system utilizes integrated liquid cooling plate, which increases the rigidity and strength of the pouch cell system; reduces the risk of the battery by external force damage; utilizes graphene film, which is used for overlapping the large graphene staggered barrier interlacedly to form a macroscopic graphene film, which can achieve high thermal conductivity; has enough stretching space when stretching and bending and ensures high flexibility.
