▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene, comprises (a) providing graphene oxide, and (b) introducing intense pulsed white light, UV-rays and near infrared rays on the graphene oxide, and then irradiating the intense pulsed white light together with UV-rays and near infrared rays to reduce the graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene of apparatus including fuel cell, super capacitor, gas sensor, solar cell (all claimed) and transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, performs without expensive reducing agent, prevents damage to substrate, and reduces processing time and cost.
